We are now seeking a motivated, committed, coachable, and passionate Sales Manager to lead our Door-to-Door Sales Program for the Spring and Summer of 2025.

Job Title: Door to Door Sales Team Manager

The Sales Manager will oversee a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and grow professionally. This seasonal role starts approximately April 15th/May 1st and concludes around September 1st, 2025. The Sales Manager will participate in and lead a comprehensive training program, including preseason digital training and daily in-market sessions, to master the sales process and refine key communication and selling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Representatives
  • Ensure team members represent GPM professionally in all interactions
  • Train team members to communicate GPM's service programs effectively to potential customers
  • Help the team achieve specific sales results and goals
  • Conduct daily training and development sessions
  • Maintain a positive team attitude and strong work ethic
  • Handle administrative duties related to team management
  • Report on team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and stand for 8+ hours daily
  • Passion for achieving success in challenging environments
  • Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and teach new skills
  • Resilience to handle rejection and difficult interactions
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and collaborative environments
  • Satisfaction in setting and achieving personal and team goals
  • Previous sales or door-to-door sales experience required
  • Pest control experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required
