Responsibilities:
- Stand and walk intermittently throughout the day.
- Carry pest control equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Perform pest control treatments in and around residential homes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services.
- Make a positive impression on new customers.
- Adhere to daily and weekly schedules.
- Maintain a clean criminal and driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Earn $3,500 per month or 15% of services, whichever is higher.
